Residency of Uliana Podkorytova
Uliana Podkorytova was born in 1984 in Bryansk. Currently lives and works in Moscow. He is engaged in performance, video, singing, ceramics, graphics, painting and the release of samizdat. Plans to travel during the residence to interesting places in the city and the region, make sketches and shoot videos.
Uliana graduated from the Higher School of Printing and Media Industry of the Moscow Polytechnic University with a degree in Graphic Artist and the Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia. Member of the laboratory of Natalia Pshenichnikova "Voice" at the Institute of Theater, festival "Golden Mask". She presented personal projects at the Center for Contemporary Art "Fabrika", the Museum of Contemporary Art "Garage", the Center for Contemporary Art "Winzavod", the Rodchenko School of Photography and Multimedia, the Aysel Gallery (Samarkand) and "Inventio" (Baku). Nominee for the Innovation Award 2017. Participant of the V Moscow International Biennale for Young Art and the VIII Tashkent International Biennale of Contemporary Art.
