The first artist-in-residence of the season is Yan Posadsky. He is an artist, curator, teacher, and lecturer on street art. He was born in 1996 in Michurinsk. He studied architecture at the VSUACE in Voronezh. Since 2019, he has been the co-founder and curator of the Daipyat Gallery, a group of Voronezh artists. He has participated in group and solo exhibitions, residencies, and festivals. He lives and works in Voronezh and Moscow.
As part of his residency, he gave an artist talk and lecture, "Art and the City → All About Public Art." The result was murals inspired by the architecture of Nizhny Novgorod.
