"I work with horror aesthetics, or rather, with the reproduction of the horror aesthetics of computer games or films and the transfer of macroblast patterns into the field of art, creating physical artifacts. In other words, I flirt with abstract art, transferring biological horror textures, the surreal, half-formed forms of Max Ernst, and the entropy inherent in the work of Zdzisław Beksiński.
My practice is based on a papier-mâché technique I invented; this technique allows me to create realistic textured objects, sculptures, and explore decay. I explore the chthonic chambers of the underworld, where ancient gods disintegrate and rot to the state of oil.
My work describes the decay of the surrounding world due to changes in human perception through clip-like consciousness and scrolling, or simply the surrounding decrepitude of things. During my photography studies, I explored macrophotography with various still lifes. With clearly visible elements of decay. Or I made series documenting the daily changes in the decay of various fruits."
